Some of the information in the SupplyOn Business Directory might be sensitive data for a supplier. Therefore many suppliers are wondering who can see the information in the Business Directory.
Not all customers have the possiblity to find all suppliers in the SupplyOn Business Directory. This in an option which is set up as requested by the buyer and can be highly diversified.
(Example: So far a buyer can only see their suppliers but would like to see also suppliers which are producing electrical components)
Suppliers cannot influence which data the customer is able to see or not.
Some informations is marked as customer specific, for example 'Account Manager' for customer xyz and in this case the information is only visible to the related customer.
Important: Suppliers cannot see the details of other suppliers in the Business Directory.
