RfQ cannot be found (customer)

RfQ cannot be found (customer)

Problem: An older RfQ cannot be found in SupplyOn Sourcing

In the "all requests" tab a filter is set (by default) in the column "change date". This default filter is set to show only RfQ of the last 365 days.

So in order to view older RfQs simply remove this filter setting.
