In order to provide a more accurate bid for an RfQ, it might be helpful to have attachments provided by the customer, e. g. drawings of the requested articles.
The buyer has two options to provide you with attachments as part of a sourcing request:
1. Within the 'Request details' section, as general annexes applicable to the whole RfQ.
2. Within the 'bid line items' section, as specific annexes relevant only to the relevant bid position.
Please note that it depends on your customer whether he sends attachments or not. If you are missing attachments, please contact the contact person listed in the request details directly.
