Active View Filter

If you access “My Workspace” for the very first time, the counters for alerts and purchase order status display the total amounts for the whole company you work for. On all pages, you have access to all the data depending on your user rights. The best way to adapt the view to the data you regularly work with is the active filter configuration.

Company Settings

Customer Site Settings

Customer Site settings contain parameters for VMI default values and grouping of material numbers.

Material number grouping works on plant level. Grouping two or more plants will have the effect that changes to one material number in one plant will affect the other plant.

VMI default values are used as a default when a material is switched to VMI. The defaults can be overwritten on material level.

Recommended Settings

It is recommended to create your own filtering. Creating your own filters will help in your day-to-day work as it narrows down the mass of data to the scope of your concern. Even if you can create as many filters as you like, it is recommended to use only one filter for your daily work as certain functionalities (most importantly email alerting) are dependant on your default filter.
