Invoice input channels
- As already mentioned in “Create a new invoice”, an invoice can be created by using the SupplyOn application via internet access or by uploading a CSV file.
- Additionally you can connect to SupplyOn via “EDI”. For a high invoice volume it is usually more efficient to use the EDI transmission. You can ask for information concerning the different formats and transmission routes at: EDI-Connect@supplyon.com.
Create a new invoice
1. Create invoice from billable items:
- Select the menu item ‘Billable items’.
- A list appears from where you can select the positions from (by activating the check box in front of the document number).
- Click on ‘Create or upload invoice’ to create an invoice draft.
- Some fields within the invoice draft are already pre-filled (for example item information in “Line items” and multiple supplier and customer address lines).

Creating a questionnaire for a conflict minerals survey (for buyer)
SupplyOn offers a prepared template for performing conflict minerals surveys, which you can apply directly for your survey. This template is based on the current EICC/GeSI standard (April 2014) and includes mandatory field checks that assist your suppliers in entering all required data.
Response to a survey (for suppliers)
Your customer has sent an electronic survey to request additional information from you.
Create questionnaire for automatic survey (for buyer)
With a questionnaire for an automatic survey you can ask suppliers selected from the Business Directory to fill in specific fields in the Business Directory, e.g. certificate data.
Create rule for automatic survey (for buyer)
Rules allow you to select suppliers on the basis of criteria. You then ask the selected suppliers in an automatic survey to fill out selected fields, e.g. certificate data, in the Business Directory.
