포장 프로세스의 마스터 데이터

마스터 데어터 포장 프로세스는 마스터 데이터를 포함하며 이것은 FPA / ASN 프로세스의 자동 포장 프로세스에 대하여 필수적입니다.

VMI 제품의 선 배송 지시서 프로세스와 공급 사슬 제품들에 주석 처리 합니다.

수송을 위한 수송품 수량은 VMI의 프소세스 키의 세팅과 공급 사슬 제품에 근거하여 생성이 됩니다.

만약 수송품 수량이 없으면, 빈 수송품 수량이 선 배송 지시서 데이터에 있는 제품 /제품들 에 기록됩니다.

RPM 프로세스에 선 배송 지시서 데이터를 기록합니다(RPM 프로세스 키)

만약 한개 제품에 수송품 수량 0 이 한개 테이블의 RPM 제품에 나타난다면, 현재 수송이 요구되지 않음을 나타냅니다.

주의: 당신은 수송품 수량을 검색할수 있습니다. RPM 제품 테이블의 검색 기준은 배송이 필요한 제품들을 검색하는 것입니다.”수송품 수량은 0보다 커야 합니다”.

Create Search profile for warnings and e-mail notifications

On the start page “Logistics & Finance”, click on the link “Alert Overview”.
In tab “Advanced Search”, you can define your search profile. You can find a hands-on example for the setup of an advanced search below.
Click in the entry field “My Search Profiles” and enter a name for your search profile.
Click on the button “Manage” and choose the menu item “Create new”.
Click on the link “E-mail Notification” below the entry field.

추가 정보:구매 오더 첨부 파일

일부 고객들은 구매 오더에 추가 정보를 보냅니다.이는 외부 문서 관리 시스템(SupplyOn 문서 관리 시스템)에 있는 문서로 링크할수 있고 혹은 WebEDI 에 있는 다운로드 가능한 첨부 파일을 통하여 할수도 있습니다. 고객의 선택에 따릅니다.

처음 경우는 구매 오더의 세부사항에 외부 문서로 통하는 링크가 포함되여 있습니다. 두번째 경우일때 구매 오더의 개요 리스트에 있는 종이 집게를 볼수 있습니다. 두번째 경우시 WebEDI는 첨부파일이 이미 열려있거나 혹은 다운로드 되였는지를 인식합니다.(그러면 붉은색 종이집게가 아닌 녹색 종이 집게가 나타납니다).

”전체 다운로드”기능은 한개 절차에서 첨부 파일에 최대 2000개의 구매 오더을 다운로드 할수 있습니다. 이 기능은 멀티 페이지에서도 사용 가능합니다. 예 이 는 현재 페이지에서만 제한된것이 아닙니다..
