Does the SupplyOn contract end automatically?
The SupplyOn contract is automatically renewed for 12 months unless it is terminated in writing at least three months before the end of the current contract year.
What is the duration of the SupplyOn contract?
The SupplyOn contract runs for 12 months and is automatically renewed for another 12 months unless we receive a written termination at least three months before the end of the contract year.
How can a company from our group join an existing SupplyOn contract?
The company is not yet registered:
In the first step of the registration, enter the join number. You can get this from the Company Administrator of the contract holder.
The company is already registered, or step 1 of the registration is complete:
If a company from your group would like to join an existing SupplyOn contract, we require confirmation from the Company Administrator (user role CompanyAdmin ) of the respective contract partner.

How can joined companies or sites be removed from the SupplyOn contract?
Please send us a signed document via the contact form , including contract number and company name and DUNS number of the companies or sites to be removed from the contract.
If you are registered with SupplyOn as a Company Administrator (user role CompanyAdmin ), a simple message with this information is sufficient. No signature is required.
How can I get a copy of my SupplyOn contract?
Registration is completed online with acceptance of our Terms and Conditions (§ 3 Contract conclusion). For this reason, no contract copy is available.
