E-mail notifications are sent for the following changes to the system status:

Created - Active

Active - Cancelled

Active - Closed

Closed - Active

Closed - Archived

Recipients of e-mail notifications are:

The program or project manager of the customer and the supplier.

Create project (only buying companies)

When creating a new project, the specified part number (A2C) can be used in the internal PDM system. If the master data is provided to a part number, the values for Part Revision Number, Part Name, CCM Code, ESN and GQASID will be calculated from the internal PDM System and transferred into the project information.
