Get started

Setting up the project plan

The structure of the project plan is specified by the template. When creating a program or project, it is possible to delete individual elements from the structure. You can add supplemental attachments at project and element levels.

Next to the actual project plan you may create any number of samples. A sample is described by the fields “Sample Name,” “Quantity,” and “Responsibility” (Supplier project manager or Customer project manager).

Contract and Invoices - what does it mean?

With “Contract & Invoices” you can manage your company master data and view your contract or invoices. You can also book further SupplyOn services here.

Process Overview

Book further services

  1. Your customer starts the services rollout for your company via SupplyOn.
  2. You are informed about this by e-mail. You can then open the task generated by the system under the “My Tasks” menu item and view the information on the rollout.
  3. Please confirm the task to book a service.

Prerequisites for use

After completing registration with SupplyOn “Contract & Invoices” is now available for you. As a company administrator you can set up further users in your company on the basis of described roles.

Rollout - what does it mean?

During rollout, buying companies can register with SupplyOn and connect new suppliers for the SupplyOn Services (e.g. WebEDI, Sourcing, etc.) Buying companies are also provided extensive evaluations, with which they can maintain an overview of the complete life cycle of their suppliers with SupplyOn.
