The substitute concept allows you to pass on your authorizations to other users, who act e.g. as your vacation replacements.
Process overview
- The buying company generates the supplier ratings. This is usually done automatically in the buyer’s IT system, e.g. based on existing complaints and goods receipts transactions.
- The buying company transmits the ratings to the SupplyOn Performance Monitor. Normally, this is done in the first half of a month for the previous month. SupplyOn notifies the suppliers by e-mail, once new/updated ratings are available.
Performance Monitor - what is it?
SupplyOn Performance Monitor allows suppliers to access and analyze their customer’s ratings in a standardized and structured form. SupplyOn Performance Monitor is connected to the participating buying companies’ system, from where it regularly receives updated supplier ratings.

Alert Overview
In the alert overview table, you will find a list of alerts, there is a different tab for each business process. The warnings are generated by the system to notify you of special situations. You can use the search function to set filters and save these filters as part of a search profile.
Note: The amount of warnings depends on the standard search profile of the table.
The default filter setting (SupplyOn Def. Search) is “Inactive since [empty field]”, only active warnings are displayed with this setting.

Machine-to-Machine (M2M) integration provides the use of standardized integration of Airbus data to your internal systems. Format descriptions for the respective business processes are exchanged and converted into formats that can be read by your internal systems.

Airbus manages parts as consigned VMI: the stock is consignment stock and as long property of the supplier until a part is consumed. The payment of consumption is triggered based on self billing principles. Once the self billing invoice is published in AirSupply, the corresponding stock consumptions are updated with the self billing invoice number.
