Send Inquiry to customer
If you have any questions to your customer, you can send an e-mail to your customer’s contact directly or via the message function in Performance Monitor. The availability of this option depends on your customer.
Download ratings
- On the detailed evaluation page (e.g. “Strategic evaluation” or “Operational evaluation”) page or the “Supplier search” page (for buyer users only), click on the link “Download”.
- Select the data to be included in the download.
- Click on the button “Download”.
- Save the data in Excel format to your computer.

- On the “Overview” page, click on the tab for the detailed evaluation (e.g. “Stategic evaluation” or “Operational evaluation”).
Overview on the ratings
- Log on to SupplyOn via the website (www.supplyon.com).
- On the page “My SupplyOn”, click on “Performance Monitor”
- Click on the name of your customer (for suppliers) or supplier (for buyers).
- The ratings are shown in the “Overview” page, that presents a snapshot of the supplier’s performance.
E-Mail notifications
Suppliers receive an e-mail notification when new/updated ratings for their company is available. E-mails will be sent separately for each buying company offering ratings, to all Performance Monitor users of the corresponding suppliers, who are assigned as customer responsible for this customer.
