As a customer user, you can configure your suppliers according to your needs and their capabilities. This can be done in "Settings / Supplier configuration".

Creating and using templates
Templates can help you if you want to frequently create similar documents. You can mark any document (including a draft or a previously sent document) as a template and use it for new documents.
Select the document that should be used as a template. You can either open the document by using the “More” function or mark it as a template directly on the invoice list by using the symbol “...” You can recognize the templates by the small flag symbol that appears before the document number in the invoice list.
Create a document
As a rule, you can create documents via the “List of billable line items” or “Invoice list.”
Click “Create an invoice” and select the appropriate option (depending on availability and configuration):

Add:
To add a new line item, simply click the button “+ Add line item.” You can then input all relevant information in the detail section that opens after clicking.
Duplicate:
Use this function to copy the selected line item. You can automatically transfer tax details or other information already entered there. The function may be unavailable in certain situations.
You can also transfer values from one line item to another one:
Under “Line items,” you will find a summary of the most important data for the line items to be billed.
By default, up to 10 line items will be displayed on a page. If you would like to see additional line items or add others, you simply have to click the arrow on the right that is located at the bottom of the overview.

To delete or edit a line item, simply click the three dots.
