新しい請求書を作成する

1.請求可能な項目から請求書を作成する：

メニューから「請求可能項目」を選択します。
リストが表示され、そこからポジションを選択できます（文書番号の前にあるチェックボックスを有効にしてください）。
請求書の作成またはアップロード」をクリックして請求書ドラフトを作成します。
請求書ドラフト内のいくつかのフィールドは既に入力済みです（例えば、「Line items」のアイテム情報、複数のサプライヤーと顧客の住所行など）。
空のフィールドは手動で入力する必要があります。必須項目には*印が付いています。
請求書は処理中にいつでもエラーチェックが可能です。チェックするには、「チェック」をクリックしてください。請求書が送信される前に、バックグラウンドで自動的に検証されますので、「保存して送信」をクリックするだけで十分です。
請求書にエラーがなければ、「保存して送信」ボタンをクリックして送信できます。
送信された請求書は「請求書」メニューの「送信済み」タブに表示されます。

SupplyOn Business Directory とは？

SupplyOn Business Directory では、買い手企業が SupplyOn Services を通じて協力するサプライヤに関する情報、そのサプライヤから提供される情報が得られます。

特殊プロセス：（買い手顧客に対して）衝突鉱物調査のためにアンケートを創建します

SupplyOnは鉱物調査に対してバージョンを準備されました、あなたはこれをあなたのアンケート調査として直接使うことができます。このテンプレートは当前EICC/GeSI標準バージョン（2014年4月発布）に基づきます、必ず入力のオプションを含め、すべての必ず入力のデータをあなたのサブライヤーで完成されてください。

自動調査用アンケートの作成 (買い手用)

自動調査用アンケートを使うと、Business Directory から選択したサプライヤに対し、Business Directory 内の特定のフィールド(証明書データなど)への記入を依頼することができます。

自動調査のルールの作成 (買い手用)

ルールを作成すると、その基準に基づいてサプライヤを選択することが可能になります。このように Business Directory から選択したサプライヤに対し、自動調査内の特定のフィールド(証明書データなど)に記入するよう依頼することができます。
