Comme expliqué dans «Créer une facture électronique», vous pouvez créer une facture par accès à Internet ou l'importer sous forme de fichier CSV.
De plus, il est possible d'établir un lien avec SupplyOn par «EDI». En cas de volume de factures important, il est en principe avantageux d'investir dans une transmission EDI. Vous pouvez demander ici des conseils relatifs aux formats et moyens de transmission : EDI-Connect@supplyon.com

Créer une nouvelle facture

1. Créer une facture à partir d'éléments facturables :

Sélectionnez l'option de menu "Eléments facturables".
Une liste apparaît dans laquelle vous pouvez sélectionner les positions (en activant la case à cocher devant le numéro de document).
Cliquez sur "Créer ou télécharger une facture" pour créer un projet de facture.

SupplyOn Business Directory contient des informations sur et de vos fournisseurs grâce auxquelles une entreprise cliente peut collaborer via les services SupplyOn.

Processus exceptionnel : Créer un questionnaire pour une requête relative aux minéraux de conflit (pour les acheteurs)

SupplyOn a prévu un modèle de requête pour les minéraux de conflit, que vous pouvez utiliser directement pour vos requêtes. Ce modèle est conforme à la dernière norme EICC/GeSI (avril 2014). Il comprend entre autres des fonctions de vérification des champs à saisie obligatoire, qui aident vos fournisseurs à indiquer toutes les informations requises.

Répondre à une requête (pour les fournisseurs)

Votre client vous a envoyé une requête électronique pour vous demander des informations supplémentaires.

Créer un questionnaire pour une requête automatique (pour les acheteurs)

Le questionnaire pour une requête automatique vous permet de demander à des fournisseurs sélectionnés dans le Business Directory de gérer certains champs dans le Business Directory, par ex. les dates de certificats.

Créer une règle pour une requête automatique (pour les acheteurs)

Les règles vous permettent de sélectionner les fournisseurs en fonction de critères. Lors d'une requête automatique, vous demandez ensuite aux fournisseurs sélectionnés de remplir des champs sélectionnés, par ex. les dates de certificats, dans le Business Directory.
