I do not have the survey link from the email invitation anymore. Can I still access the survey and how can I do it?
Even if you cannot find the invitation email anymore, you can still access the survey.
Precondition to access the survey is a SupplyOn user with the role BusinessDirectorySupplierStandard or CompanyAdmin.

Please follow these steps with your user to access the survey:
- log in at www.supplyon.com
- go to "SupplyOn - Service"
- click on "Survey new"
- search for the surveys "Supplier basis qualification, product safety information requirements" and “ISO9001”, “IATF16949”, “IRIS”, “AS9100”, “ISO14001”, “OHSAS18001”, “ISO 45001”
- access the surveys and send your responses
Why does the survey not appear correctly?
Please check your Pop-Up Blocker, delete the cookies and/or close the browser. In case you were previously logged in with another user, this may lead to a wrong survey view.
Why are there different surveys for my company? Is it possible to copy parts of the survey (such as the CEO) to avoid duplicate entries?
Unfortunately, this is not possible at corporate level. The survey must be filled per DUNS / legal entity.
I received a reminder information / request to fill out the survey, but my company already participated in the survey and sent the answers. What is expected from me, what do I have to do?
If you are convinced that you have already answered the survey "supplier basis qualification, product safety information requirements " as well as all certificate surveys (ISO9001, IATF16949, IRIS, AS9100, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO 45001), please check whether you are responsible for or assigned to more than one supplier subsidiary (=DUNS).
It is often the case, especially for bigger companies, that a Company Admin or BD User is responsible for more than one subsidiary (DUNS). It can be the case that you sent the response for one subsidiary (DUNS), but received a reminder because of another unanswered subsidiary (DUNS).
Who can see the data I enter into SupplyOn?
The information requested does not refer to specific business relationships, but generally applies to all your customers (except for customer specific key accounts). Therefore, they are also stored in the public area of your company profile at SupplyOn. Any customer who is connected with SupplyOn will be able to access this information, but will not be able to see with which other customer you maintain business relationships.
Why can’t I just fill the information that is missing in my supplier profile in SupplyOn Business Directory instead of filling in the survey, since it is the same?
In SupplyOn Business Directory there are a lot more topics and data fields than what your customer requests from you in this survey. However, information already saved in your supplier profile will be prefilled within the survey. Therefore, we kindly ask you to submit the survey.
Why do the SIM Ongoing Service Surveys have the status „Closed” and I cannot open them again in order to change my data?
You can always update your data in our Business Directory. There is no possibility to open and answer closed surveys.
We do not want to participate in any survey - how can I make sure that I do not receive any more reminders?
Each survey can be rejected by logging in and rejecting it on the Welcome Page of the survey. A rejection without login is not possible. Please contact your customer contact if you generally do not want to participate in any more surveys.
