What is the meaning of the different dates in Document Management?
Release date
Date on which the buyside comany released the document (not related to SupplyOn and not related to the delivery date explained below).
Date of receipt
Date on which the supplier received access to the document via SupplyOn.
Due date
This concerns only documents for which the buyer is expecting an answer within a certain time frame. Therefore this is the date on which the response should be submitted the latest.
Delivery date
Date on which the document was transmitted to SupplyOn for the first time.
Last modified
Last date on which the document was changed.
