What could be the reason that a user does not receive an email notification regarding a new document although the user is set up as Customer Responsible?
A possible reason is that the affected document was provided globally. When documents are provided globally all suppliers of the related customer can find them if they have an active Document Management connection with this buyer.
The "create" email notification is not sent out if the document is provided globally, unless a supplier subscribed to it.
