This article shows you what to do when you want to submit a bid to your customer but the corresponding RfQ is already closed.
The end date of an RfQ is shown in the request details but also in the e-mail notification which you received from SupplyOn regarding RfQ.
As soon as the end date has passed, you will be notified by e-mail that the request is closed. You can still access the request via the 'Request link', but bidding is no longer possible.
If you would like to place a bid for an already closed RfQ, please contact your customer directly. Only the creator of the request has the right to reopen it and extend the end date.
You can usually find the contct details of the creator or contact person within the request details.
