What is the difference between a supplier contact, a main contact and a user?
• supplier contact
This contact is provided by the buyer when they send a request for registration of a SupplyOn Service. The supplier cannot change the supplier contact but can request the change by contacting the Support Team.
• main contact
The first company administrator is automatically set as main contact after the inital registration. The supplier cannot change the main contact but can request the change by contacting the Support Team.
• user
A user has an account with login details (user id and password) and business-service related and or administrator user rights for SupplyOn. User accounts are mainted within SupplyOn by the administrator.
