For the service Project Management, this setting (Key Account assignment) has to be made within the service itself by a user with the role 'ProjectManagementSellerAdmin'.
What can you accomplish with this setting?
If your company is registered for the above-mentioned services in connection with more than one customer, you can use the Account Manager / Key Account setting to define whether a user is granted write or read access to the processes of all or only certain customers.
Complete the user account creation process by clicking on 'Save and leave'.
The user will receive an email informing that a user account was created. This email contains the user ID but not the initial password that was defined during the account creation. You must therefore inform the user of their password separately. When the user logs on for the first time, he or she is prompted to replace the temporary password with one of his/her own.
