An overview of the e-mail notifications related to Project Management. When and to whom are they sent?
1. E-mails when changing the system status
E-mail notifications are sent for the following changes to the system status:
Created - Active
Active - Cancelled
Active - Closed
Closed - Active
Closed - Archived
Recipients:
- The program or project manager of the customer and the supplier.
- All users that are assigned as responsible to one or more elements in the project plan.
- For programs that are activated, all project managers of the assigned projects also receive an e-mail notification.
2. E-mail alerts if the status of a project changes to red
Recipients: The project managers of the customer and the supplier.
3. E-mail warnings (alerts) with the status change of an element on red
Recipient: The responsible person assigned to the element in question.
4. E-mail warning (alerts) x days before target date
Recipient: The project manager. The e-mail can be activated with project definition or on the "Project Information" tab.
5. E-mail, when a user is defined as element responsible person after a project is activated
Recipient: The user in question. The e-mail can be activated with project definition or on the "Project Information" tab. If the user is entered in several elements as responsible, the elements are grouped in one e-mail.
6. E-mail, when a document is integrated into an element
Recipient: The user. The e-mail can be activated in the template per element.
7. E-mails when changing the requested dates in the program
Recipients: All project managers of synchronized projects in the program.
